I'm excited to share a completely redesigned Daredevil: Born Again Billy Clubs project.

This is not an update to my previous billy club design. It’s a fresh take from the ground up, featuring revised proportions and several key improvements. The clubs are slightly thicker for better durability and feel, and the connection system in the middle has been reengineered with a new double-sided twist lock mechanism. The more you twist the two clubs, the tighter and more secure the connection becomes. I’ve already test printed the locking system and I’m really happy with the results – it works beautifully.

As before, the model includes a hook on the end cap so you can attach a rubber band or elastic cord for that "pull-back" wire retraction effect, similar to what’s seen in the series. The hole diameter for the wire is up to 6mm, giving you flexibility to use any metal wire or rope you prefer.

Just like in the show, the billy clubs can be used in three configurations:

As a staff

As nunchaku

Or as dual batons

I’ve also designed a holster that prints easily and assembles with standard M3 screws, staying consistent with the approach I use in most of my props.

The files include a fully combined version of the main club, as well as split parts for smaller printers. You’ll be able to choose whichever option fits your setup best. The segmented files also allow for easy color customization if you want to go with a custom paint scheme.
